This is the largest-ever study of the abortion pill, analyzing 865,727 chemical abortions from 2017 to 2023. Each number is not just a statistic — it is a child lost forever.

The study reveals that over one in ten patients experience at least one serious adverse event.

By contrast, the current FDA-approved drug label is based on the results of 10 clinical trials with a total of 30,966 women, less than 0.5 percent of whom reportedly experienced severe adverse reactions. Some of these trials were conducted as long as 42 years ago.

This just-released report shows that the abortion pill is not medicine. It is a lethal drug that kills an innocent child and endangers his/her mother. 

The FDA has abandoned its duty to protect women and children, fast-tracking mifepristone through lies and stripping away even the most basic safety measures.
